Hi, I'm Jack.

For years now, I've had many ups and downs in my gym journey. I've been extremely skinny in my teenage years and also had brief periods of being just generally out of shape.

Finally after testing loads of different diets and training plans, I've found confidence with the gym & passing on my knowledge to you.

I've always been sporty, playing football at a semi professional level and competing in county athletics. I'm also a qualified level 3 personal trainer and level 2 fitness instructor.

The biggest reason for me sharing my training programme is to help people who struggle with self confidence, as I know what that's like and being in shape definitely helps with that.
